Refund Policy

No Refunds

  • All studio rental bookings are non-refundable.

  • Once payment is made, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule their booking to another available timeslot.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original booking.

  • Rescheduling is subject to studio availability.

No-Shows

  •  Failure to attend a scheduled booking without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session.

  • No rescheduling will be offered for no-shows.

Studio Cancellations

  • If we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, safety concerns), clients will be offered a new timeslot at no additional cost.
